Recovered from crash but still 1 persisting error

Post by athoopen »

All,

I recovered from a crash of my little server, everything is back up and running, except it keeps complaining about "Astro":

Code: Select all

2025-11-18 17:18:45.573 Error: Astro: (xfr_sunmoon) failed to load 'plugin.py', Python Path used was ':/usr/lib/python313.zip:/usr/lib/python3.13:/usr/lib/python3.13/lib-dynload:/usr/local/lib/python3.13/dist-packages:/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages:/usr/lib/python3.13/dist-packages'.
2025-11-18 17:18:46.231 Error: Astro: Exception: 'ModuleNotFoundError'. No traceback available.
Does anybody recognize this. I guess it's a plugin which is not installed but somehow it's still in the db. Anybody recognizing a plugin, or anybody able to clean up the db?

TIA,
Cheers,
Arjan

the xfr_sunmoon seems to relate to the Xorfor/Domoticz-SunMoon-Plugin
But Xorfor removed all his plugins.
There is nothing related to this in your menu Setup - Hardware?
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar

You got met there! I missed it but there is hardware called Astro (with no type associated). I tried to remove it, but that hangs the UI, in the log: WebServer:8080 thread seems to have ended unexpectedly (last update 93.000000 seconds ago).
I tried to set it inactive, but then got prompted "Probleem met bijwerken hardware". I think this has to do since no type is associated.

Indeed, the plugin itself cannot be found, at least not by google opr copilot.

So the only thing left is cleaning the db. Or any other ideas?
Cheers,
Arjan

Stop domoticz, copy the domoticz.db, open it with sqlite Explorer and edit the hardware table. Set the Enabled field for this plugin to 0.
Now start domoticz with this version of the domoticz.db and the plugin should not start anymore.
