I'd love to change everything, but I'm dreading the data I have from 2017 onward and all the devices that don't allow the conversion to work properly. I'd be disappointed if this data were lost.
I currently have a Pi 3B with an 8Gig USB flash drive connected, and the 8Gig is getting a bit cramped.

Re: update zwave-js-ui
So best you find some time, make a backup of the SD card, or even put the card away (make a backup of the zwavejs-ui configuration/data) and export the Domoticz database (backup function in Settings)
Start fresh on a Pi 5, with 32GB sd card, and do everything with docker compose
Getting Mosquitto up and running might be the most challenging, but the rest should be straight forward
