Zigbee4Domoticz plugin doesn't start

Hi,
I've installed domoticz (2025.1) on a fedora box, with a Z-wave hub and a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus | ZBDongle-E
The Z-ware dongle is running fine, but I cant get running the Zigbee hub due to the Z4D plugin not starting

I only have the Domoticz logs:

my python version is : Python Version: 3.13.5

Zigbee plugin config:
Model : Silicon labs
Serial Port : /dev/ttyUSB0 (checked with dmesg)
plugin webUI port : 9440 (no port listening - checked with netstat -an | grep 9440)

any clue?

There should be more in the log about Zigbee-Hub-Sonoff.
You can filter the log by typing a filter term like Zigbee-Hub-Sonoff in the top right corner.
First click on the update button of the Z4D plugin config page in Domoticz to trigger a restart of the plugin.

And it is also better to use the serial/by-id usb path instead of ttyUSB0 so you are sure you have the correct device.
Use the below command to get the correct ID

Hello Waltervl,

while setting the domoticz loglevel to 2, I just noticed it loaded only 1 plugin which was the I2C sensor of my motherboard, and no other plugin, and then I noticed that my plugin dir was not with the uid and gid of domoticz...
now I can see the plugin started in the logs:
