Dockerfile for Riscv64 ( spacemit k1 -bpi-f3 etc)

hi there anyone who might want a dockerfile for compiling domoticz for the smacemit k1 and other spacemit riscv64 CPU's ( bpi-f3 lichee3a .. etc )
