I'm using some TFA temp/hum sensors and RFXtfx433.
I'd like to change to one of these (just an example) nice small sensors with a display.
Question: What kind to choose combined with Domoticz; 433 mHz, BT, Zigbee, WiFi
PS
I was just thinking. The WiFi version of Tuya always makes contact with it's headquarter?

Re: Temperature sensor suggestions
Use zigbee to replace RF sensor and switches when possible. In principle I dont use wifi for this kind of communication for security reasons. And also to keep my wifi router happy.
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar

If you go to the conrad site and download the user manual PDF, then you have your answer

Re: Temperature sensor suggestions
The FT007TH I received from conrad 2 days ago did not connect to Domoticz version 2025.1 using RFXtrx-433.
As Marco did before I checked the list at the FRXCOM site for valid sensors. Maybe the list is not updated for current RFXtrx versions.
Even ChatGPT was not able to find temp sensers available which should be abke to connect with domoticz
Regards
Peter

Re: Temperature sensor suggestions
Do you use the firmware in the RFXtrx433 that supports the FT007TH?
See the RFXtrx user guide.
And test with RFXmngr.
