Group: Turn switch off if Activation device is turned on

Is it possible with the Group function to turn a switch of if the activation device turns on?
I have put fans on my radiators with zigbee switches but I would like to turn them off if a pir-sensor is activated (turned on).

I can do that easily with DZvents but that runs once per minute while the group function works instantly.

Just made it work with two scenes: one scene that turns the switch off and the second to switch it on again. Works great.
