Philips Hue: Error received

Typically, for what ever reason, receive a few error in the Dz log ref to Philips Hue which Dz has been setup to communicate directly with the Philips Hue gateway and on the Philips side everything works as expected, so not sure what to look for based on the following error message:

Is the /lights/3/ ref to the device id (00000003)?

it actually refers to specific end point on philips hue bridge related to state of bridge but not device id itself.
