Help with curtain motor travel limits

I have one of these which has paired just fine.

It has open / stop / close showing in Domoticz and responds correctly to all three actions however I know that I need to set the open and close limits but despite searching the internet I can't seem to find any info on performing this. It only has a single button on the bottom which if I remember correctly you have to press 3 times holding on the third press to put it into pairing mode.
I guess there is a button sequence for setting the travel limits so if anyone could let me know it would be great.
