I have 5 RGBW WiFi ceiling lights (YeeLight GU10 W1 multicolor) which I like to group so they are all respond to one button/dimmer in domoticz.
I linked them via the group option in the scenes menu.
Is this the best way?

Re: Best way to link multiple RGBW lamps
I think this is not possible with a group. It only offers switch on to a fixed color/dimlevel. The same for a scene.
Another option is to use a dummy rgbw light device and have your real lights follow this by Dzvents scripting.

Do you know a link to an example script? I have been checking this forum and found some but so far the ones I found are above my Lua/dzvents expertise (which I need to upgrade obviously
)

This one should do
viewtopic.php?p=299818#p299818
There is some strange way of workinging needed to get the master color 2 times to get it correct.
