New to domoticz seeking help

Hello,

I'm completely new when it comes to operating Domoticz, but I'd like to try integrating various smart modules into one application (if you can call Domoticz that).

I have a few Xiaomi cameras, several smart sockets, and a few switches - different manufacturers, different apps - and I gave up when trying to add anything to "Devices."

I have installed Domoticz in a Docker container on a computer connected to a network, to which other devices are also connected.

Could you please point me to some sources with very basic information (really "the absolute basics")?

You have to find the hardware gateways that can connect to your devices. So search the forum for device brands, connection method (eg wifi, zigbee, zwave, RF) and see if there is an integration available.
