To be honest I cannot do this since I am not skilled enough for this task

Hello Heoby,

no the existing Solarmax Plugin did not work for the Solarmax SMT Series.

I tried it already.

The code if mvo5 is very good and works perfect on my raspberry pi emulator.
Would be great to have a Plug on Domoticz.
