Measure power consumption 3 phase devices

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a cheap way to monitor 3 phase devices like coocking plate(inductie) of Heatpump (Warmtepomp)

I have seen solution which are use in the fusebox but I have no room there to put in extra stuff.
(and those solution are quite expensive in my opinion (over €100,- )

Happy to hear if anyone has a working solution (DIY)
