Hi,
In the past, Oregon made excellent temperature/humidity sensors which were on AA batteries. They lasted several years.
Then, they replaced it a few years ago by a newer model working on AAA. Now the sensor runs out of juice after approximately one year. With 14 of these everywhere in the home, from every room to the freezer and two outdoor points, I have to replace very frequently AAA batteries (not to mention they cost much more for a fraction of capacity compared to AA)
Is there any good alternative to the Oregon, compatible with RFXCom ? I tried once another brand, which was in the supported list, but not the exact reference, and I couldn't see it, so I returned it.
Thanks!
