French Telecom Orange provided a first Domotic service called Homelive (Z-Wave protocol) and then Maison Connectee (DECT ULE protocol + IP/TCP). The first service was stopped some three years ago and this second service will be stopped within two months.
Our Maison Connectee has a smart light bulb, two wall plugs and one proximity devices which are controlled via Orange’s Livebox and a cloud application.
According to internet literature DECT ELU is a subset of DECT protocol used for wireless telephones. It appears that radio frequencies are the signal carrier but DECT ULE is different from Zigbee, Z-Wave and Bluetooth protocols.
I found in both Forum or Wiki pages references to some AVM Fritzbox DECT200 switches. These seem to be particular to some German internet provider. There were also references to MQTT communication to RISCO lights but nothing directly related to DECT ELU.
After Homelive stopped, I joined Domoticz community. Our Domoticz server uses a RaspberryPi along with a AeoTec Z-Wave Dongle.
Has a community member successfully integrated DECT ULE devices into Domoticz?
Thanks in advance.
