Toggle Function Topic is solved

I must be going blind but I can't find the toggle function in blockly, I understand it's not in the 2022.1 stable so have moved to the beta, it updated to build 14318 but still can't see it.
Can someone point me in the right direction please.

In logic, switch you can select the toggle

This is exactly what i thought, so i'm not going mad after all, definitely on beta 14318 but this is what I see.

Perhaps do a browser cache refresh: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Browser_Cache

No amount of browser cache refresh made any difference however open the same page in Chrome and guess what !!!

Then it is definitely browser cache. Delete all as described in the wiki and restart browser.
