Domotica widget not updating with Zigate and Ikea Tradfri light and switch

Hi,

I have several Ikea light bulbs, power outlets and smal switches (the squared ones). I have made three configurations:

1. Three Ikea Trafdri spotlights, paired with the Zigate and an Ikea switch. I can switch the spotlights on/off with the remote and within Domoticz, so this works fine.

2. An Ikea lightbulb, paired with the Zigate and with an Ikea switch. I can switch the lightbulb on/off with the remote and with Domoticz. The widget status of the lightbulb in Domoticz does not change when i switch the bulb on or off with the Ikea switch. So looks like a group issue. All three devices are part of the same group that i see in the Zigate though (Zigate is included in the membership of the group).

3. An Ikea power outlet, paired with the Zigate and with an Ikea switch. Same as the lightbulb - can switch the oulet on/off with both Domoticz and with the Ikea switch but status is not updated in the widget when i use the Ikea switch. There is a group for these devices in the Zigate to (Zigate is included in the membership of the group).

I have tried resetting and repairing lightbulb and remote switch but no result. What can i try/do to troubleshoot and solve this problem?

No sure which version of the plugin you are but I suggest the following

1/ make sure you are on the latest version branch stable5 or beta
2/ with the WebUI , go to Settings Advanced and enable the parameter "reenforceConfigureReporting"

Then leave the system for a while ( let say 10 or 15 minutes ), and then check if using the remote switch to command the Ikea lightbulb makes and effect on the Domoticz widgets
