USB memory stick with WIFI ?

Are there any gizmo out there that can do what I want ??

A USB memory stick (fat 32 ), connected to a machine (Siemens pls...)
and at the same time readable from a computer over WIFI ( read only )

Is this possible ??

Yes something like this one, but with read accessible on the wifi ALL the time.

I got a couple of these, as a plan B, but it's limitation are that they have 2 modes

• Wifi mode
  USB memory stick mode

In USB mode the wifi is disabled and vice versa...

There has been something like this on the marked before ??

It doesn't have to be fast or big ( only needs to be fat 32 )
