Smart+ plug does not show devices

I've paired 4 Ledvance Smart Plugs, but one I cannot get properly configured. For this plug there are no devices shown when I click on it:

I have tried to remove the device and repair, but it doesn't make a difference. Does somebody know how this can happen and how it can be fixed?
