This gives the possibility to use Zigbee2MQTT without using the Python plugin.

Personally I do not use Zigbee2MQTT but use this topic to inform each other on issues and possibilities.
Currently known issues:
- Plugin creates selector switch for for example modes, Autodiscover creates seperate on/off switches for each value (eg mode).
- Blinds inverted have different behavior (being discussed)
