Devices not showing after using backup image.

Hi all,
Following an SD card failure today i had to use a backup image to get up and running again.
Since this backup was done i have added many Zigbee devices using zigbee2mqtt.Lesson learned backup more often.
The one device that was on my system at the time is there and works fine. However when i go to add the new devices they do not get added to Domoticz.
My log shows them.

I have updated Zigbee2Mqtt to the latest version and no change.
I am missing something obvious i think so any advice welcome.

Hi, Just an update.
It seems that the zigbee2mqtt update hadn't worked for some reason.
Re did it and i know have all but two devices up and running.

Follow up to this i never got all devices working properly.
I have asked on Github but getting nowhere fast.

Has anyone got a clue as to what is going on, hoping someone has seen this before and can help me out.
