Modify SetupController.js to fix Clickatell Topic is solved

Hi!

I tried to add Clickatell but it didnt work. I did a lot of debugging and came up with the solution to edit the SetupController.js because Clickatell has a new layout of their link/parameters. So I modified it but it doesnt get updated on the website, maybe this file only runs on a setup or something or it is located somewhere else. If anyone knows where the actuall function is or how to refresh the SetupController it would be very appriciated! Thanks beforehand!

There is probably more than only the js file to be modified to get clickatell working if parameters have been changed

But start with clearing your browser cache to get the updated js file.
