The page https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Plugins/SamsungTV.html has not been changed from 4 November 2017.
So information could be outdated.
But in general and the end of a python plugin installation process there should be a plugin folder like /home/pi/domoticz/plugins/SamsungTV with a plugin.py file.
