Sensus HRI Impulsgeber (Wasseruhr)

Hello,

I received a Sensur HRI A4 / D10 from my wholesaler. I now try compulsively to connect it to a potential-free binary input. But I'm not getting through anymore at all how I should connect that there.

Can someone help me with maybe someone briefly. I'm slowly getting the feeling that it doesn't work without an additional power supply. Enclosed the data sheet of the pulse generator.
