Fibaro Double switch (FGS-223) is not reporting power usage

Recently I installed a Fibaro Double switch (FGS-223) with the purpose to monitor the status of the Automower.
In order to do that I’m dependent on the FGS-223 to report the power usage but unfortunately it is not working as expected.
FGS-223 should report power usage upon change. In my case I expect a report when the Automower start/stop charging and start/stop running.
Out of the box it only reports the usage upon switching on or off.
I have set Report threshold (“Second channel power report”) to 1%
As a workaround I set the periodic report to 300. Then the module started to report every 5 minute but after a while (~40 reports) it stop reporting.
Last season I used a Fibaro wall plug for the same purpose and it worked just fine
Does anyone else face this problem? Any ideas on what the problem is and how it can be resolved?
