Blockly just not showing a device

I have successfully added a Kodi device as hardware and it shows up as a switch too but I just cannot select it under blockly.

I have no idea how to move forward.

It mysteriously appeared after I switched off the Kodi device last night, and is also off currently. Any explanation for this? Do devices not show up if they are in 'On' state?
