I bought a Raspberry 4, so I completely installed Raspbian and Domoticz, both latest versions.
The good thing is that everything goes quicker, the downside is that evohome via USB can't find the zones.
The USB driver is the latest from TI, the Serial-port is set to a fixed port "/dev/ttyUSB-evohome".
Changing to "/dev/ttyUSB0" doesn't solve the issue.
I found 2 or 3 devices: Relative modulation level, FlameOn and Zone Temp. All doing nothing.
When I try to bind other sensors it will hang and after a long time I get the message "Timeout, try again". Only binding to "All sensors" doesn't hang the system. But also no new devices.
EvoWiFi back to factory settings: No new devices.
All the stuff in one room close to each other: No new devices.
Complete clean installation of Raspbian and Domoticz, all evo stuf to Factory Default: No new devices.
Really long waiting (several days): No new devices.
2 questions:
1: How to solve this?
2: What is the button on the HGI80 for?
Please help, this is getting quit annoying.

Re: Not finding any devices after new installation
Hi - think this is a similar ore related issue to what I have, reported here:
viewtopic.php?f=80&t=35004&p=265787&hilit=HGI80#p265787
Also my FlameOn stopped working. I configured the EvoHome WiFi hardware in parallel, that one does works. So it looks like it is really related to the HGI80.
I realise this does not bring you closer to a solution. Just confirmation you are not the only one.
