P1 Smart Meter: add management of 3 phases Ampere data

Hello,

I'm looking to have a new features integrated within Domoticz, but as not a developper, I cannot do more that simply requesting for it instead of using GitHub...

As today my Smart Meter gives mA for each of the 3 phases, it would really be an added value for domoticz to have this feature included.

The simple code changes are even already mentioned in the GitHub PR.

Is there any chance to have it implemented at a time ?
