Thermostat with Bluetooth proximity or similar

Had a quick search and can’t find a similar post on this.

Does anyone know of a Domoticz friendly thermostat that has a proximity feature that can learn when smartphones are within range.

I want to automate the heating in the flat in our pub to learn when we are upstairs (and passing a control point in the corridor) and set the heating accordingly.

I'm assuming you are looking at multi-room systems such as Evohome - basically something which replaces your radiator's thermostat?
Why not get one of these and then use the Bluetooth or NFC capabilities of the Domoticz app to control the thermostats the way you want?
I doubt you will find anything which will have this functionality directly in-built into the H/W itself.
