Par-1000 (PA3-1000R) ID info for Domoticaz manual pairing

I have a Domoticaz system running with a whole collection of KAKU components including 10 sockets.
Now I want to add 3 sockets of the model: PAR-1000 Data code: 0804

However, this WCD does not have a "learn" or "Pair" button, but a rotary switch, with the options A1,2,3 / B1,2,3 / C1,2,3 or D1,2,3
I would therefore also like to link this to the Domoticaz system, however I have to enter the ID of 4 fields and a unit code
Do you know what the ID code of this WCD is, or how I can request / set it.
The first part of the ID should be fixed, does someone knows what that should be?
Unfortunately I am not in possession of the accompanying remote control.

Or does someone have a corresponding remote control, by reading it, you can probably find out.

Addition: The sender should be the PAT-103 if someone has that sender and can find the code that it's sending, that would be a lot of help to solve the problem...
