I think it might be since upgrading to Zigbee2MQTT v.1.16.2 or a small hack on adapters/__init__.py to add Silvercrest devices. Not quite sure.

### edited ### problem has resolved itself, at least in one browser (safari). Not in Chrome. Weird.

So this has actually been working? Mine has always been just Loading..., updating to 1.16.2 had no effect.

Strange. Maybe it's my older Domoticz version; I haven't yet dared to update Domoticz to 11995 as every single update so far has caused quite some issues. I'll try to cope with node red admin panel.

Domoticz 2020.2 / v.1.16.2 (zStack12 20190619) voor Zigbee2Mqtt

On the additional page in the Domoticz UI I see all my Zigbee devices. However I am not able to add these as Devices under Setup/Devices.

How can I do that? I saw that if I create a Group and add a switch device I can switch on/off a Plug. Before the upgrade I was able to see, for example, for Aqara Temp&Hum sensor at least 5 entries in the devices list.

Can somebody point me into the right direction?

Check if Domoticz accepts new devices ("accept new hardware"). Not for just 5 minutes. Save and restart domoticz.

I got the same on my site, Domoticz 2020.2 Z2M 1.16.2 I get devices in the device list under Z2M and in the network list. But this seems to be the end of zigbee2mqtt in domoticz. Can't even place them in a group and I'm also missing some decent documentation and how to

There are quite some changes in z2m and, therefore, also in the plugin. It's not easy to update the plugin at the same time people are requesting new devices to be added (add to the old, new or both?). This is open source so help is appreciated!

Hello,
The same problem, on a new installation with the latest software versions (domoticz 2020.2, v.1.16.2 (zStack12 20190608)).
I try to use the zigbee network, and come up against this problem.
I see my device in the zigbee2mqtt tab but it does not create itself in domoticz.

I've been fighting with my zigbee stuff and network stability for a while, with the expectation that zigbee network loses devices on continuous basis. By accident I noticed today that actually the issue might be on the connection between Domoticz and zigbee2mqtt: there several (mostly Xiaomi) devices that are last seen in Domoticz e.g. on yesterday, but appear on zigbee2mqtt log ("sudo journalctl -u zigbee2mqtt.service -f") and in MQTT Explorer.

When pressing a button the click appears in the log:

Code: Select all

"Dec 22 21:55:08 raspberrypi npm[450]: Zigbee2MQTT:info 2020-12-22 21:55:08: MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/Xiaomi Button 3', payload '{"battery":100,"click":"single","linkquality":5,"voltage":3042}'"
and in MQTT Explorer as well:

Code: Select all

"Dec 22 21:55:08 raspberrypi npm[450]: Zigbee2MQTT:info 2020-12-22 21:55:08: MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/Xiaomi Button 3', payload '{"battery":100,"click":"single","linkquality":5,"voltage":3042}'"
but nothing in Domoticz log. The device is last seen 20.12.2020 23:55

In most cases Domoticz loses the devices just before midnight.

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting? My guess would be issues with the plugin, but it's just a guess.

Does domoticz restart at midnight? I find that if Domoticz restarts I need to restart zigbee2mqtt.

Hmmm. Good point, that might be possible - I could have had some stability issues ages ago, which might have been solved with a timed restart. Now I'd just need to figure out how that was done :D Cron, maybe.

edit. looks like Domoticz is not restarting (has been now up for two days or so) but when restarting zigbee2mqtt the buttons reappear in Domoticz: you are probably in the right path.

Is it possible to update to the new version (V3) of this plugin without losing all my devices and getting them all a new id?

Nice! Thanks for your quick response! Did you remove the hardware before updating?

Less luck for me... The devices are not working in Domoticz after updating anymore...

In the Domoticz log I see:
