Hiya,
I have the Develo wall thermostat, Domotics 2020.2 Build b63341bc0 running on a QNAP Nas with a ZWave.me stick. The stat is identified as Danfoss RS Room Sensor.
Every so often the device just stops responding. In nodes it says it is up to date (although current shows Moon, wake up set to 1 hour) but in Devices the Air Temperature reading (Sub Type LaCrose TX3) shows as last seen 03:14 in the morning (it's 17:59 now). I have a Devolo wall socket / meter which is working just fine in the same room which is 2m square. Weirdly, now I look again in devices (and I swear this wasn't there before) I see another device under the same ID called a "Air Temperature / Humidity, sub class WTGR800 and that appears to show what I think is an up-to-date figure along with a new humidity figure. Where did that come from? In the log it seems to have appeared just after the other one stopped reporting.
Any idea why this keeps happening or how I can troubleshoot it?
Also, this stat is ID 008 (0x08) in nodes but the devices appear as 0000801 (Thermostat Setpoint), 0000802 (Cooling Setpoint), 0000803 (Unused), 0000806(Unused 6), 0801 (Light Switch), 0801 Air Temperature (The one not updating), 0801 Air Temperature / Humidity (New one) - where did this lot come from?
I am new to Domoticz but IT by trade so have some technical knowledge, just not in automation / ZWave. This almost looks like it did some sort of firmware update and got rediscovered?
Thanks
Graham

Ohh dear ok, seems to be a continuation of this discussion:

From what I can tell someone is saying that it's not Domoticz fault as that what OpenZWave told it to do.
I moved away from Zipato because of kooky behaviour and walked straight into more kooky behaviour! I guess I'll try and understand but it doesn't seem clear from the post exactly what should be done to resolve the issue and I'm not up for setting devices back up all the time. I guess I need to start in how Domoticz fits in with OpenZWave.
