Lost connection Netatmo
I've lost connection to a couple of Netatmo sensors.
While other still working.
The error is: Error: Netatmo: cloud data for module [Tuin] no longer updated (module possibly disconnected)
I've deleted the Hardware Netatmo and install again.
But with no result.
What can I do?

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
Same problem for me, lost connection to domiticz for both indoor and outdoor sensors today. Works fine in the Netatmo app and netatmo webpage.

After couple of hours it was working again.
Presume it is a bug?

Got the same here. Last stable build of Domoticz (2020.1). Lost comms at ~10.30am and been unable to reconnect.
The app looks fine

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
I have the same issue too! At the end I accepted the error files. It seems like the Netatmo device are in a sleep mode while domoticz is trying to get an update. Strange behavior... so far no solution yet. Hope this topic brings us al solution

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
I've been experiencing the same issue ever since I connected Netatmo to my system. sometimes it is unreachable and then connection gets restored eventually by itself. My feeling is, that it is an issue on Netatmo side.
As a consequence of this, I don't use any Netatmo values for active controlling anymore (like for my heating) but switched to purely local devices to assure reliability (Fibaro Multisensors, etc).

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
Move the indoor module closer to your router and make sure there are no metallic or electrical objects between them.
Restart your Internet-Box.
Close the Home app completely, then re-open it McDVOICE

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
I have the same problem. See this post
Still no solution to provide, the problem appeared with the latest release of Domoticz.
Every day around ~22h30, the plugin is, unable to connect to Netatmo servers, the Netatmo mobile app is working fine though.
It starts working again after ~5-8hours.
Restarting Domoticz or the Netatmo plugin don't work at all.
I have no clues to handle the problem.

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
I do not think this is a Domoticz issue as it spreads over various releases and configurations.
clearly it is not an issue of moving the device somewhere or something like this, since the request is made from your domoticz device and that fails to contact the server. if the device is unreachable but the server is, you will just be getting old data.
Unless Netatmo sorts it out, we need to live with it.

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
Has Netamo finally died altogether? I'm seeing the longest period now where Domoticz gets the dreaded "......no longer updated (module possibly disconnected)", i.e. well over 12hours.
Other apps are still connecting, usually they fail also

Same here....but it will reconnect eventually.
(like I said, just don't use it in automations)

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
It is indeed quite unpredictable in its behavior and thus almost unusable in context of Domoticz.

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
Agreed, its quite useless these days. Today is the worst I've known it, but this is on the Netatmo status page;
We apologize, some of our services are temporarily unavailable.
Our teams are currently working on resolving the incident so that everything gets back to normal as soon as possible.
All features will be restored automatically, no action on your part is necessary.
Situation: Some users may be affected by a failure regarding the display of measurements.
For users of the Smart Home Weather Station and Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor, this results in the absence of updated measurements in dashboards and graphs.
For users of the Smart Thermostat and Smart Radiator Valves, this results in the absence of updated measures in the graphs.
There is no need to reinstall your Netatmo product(s) or application(s), nor to reset your Wi-Fi.

Lost connection Netatmo
I have the same, regularly for short periods, but never as long as now: all my Netatmo devices haven't been updated for 8 hours already! In the Netatmo app there is more recent data. Restarting doesn't help.
Do others have the same right now? It cannot be a server thing if I'm the only one. Then again, I did not change anything so it can also hardly be something with my system...

Lost connection Netatmo
Still no data after 18 hours...
Could it be that Netatmo changed something in their authentication method? When I recently connected another third party (smartphone) app to my Netatmo system, I was sent to a Netatmo login page, and after logging in I had to explicitly allow the app to access my data. In the Domoticz plugin, this was never necessary, email and password were enough. Netatmo offers developers the opportunity to create a key for OAuth authentication, I guess this is their preferred way to connect. Perhaps they now closed the old "back door"?

Re: Lost connection Netatmo
Looking at the Netatmo status page there is a known issue at the moment, so fingers crossed it will be back soon;
