GE Door hinge Sensor - Used to work

I've got two GE door hinge sensors that have been working flawlessly for several years. As of an update a few weeks back, neither are working. There has been no change to my configuration and both show up in the OZW Control Panel as well as the Hardware and Devices screen. I tried removing one of the sensors and re-adding it and when I did so, it came back in as an Unknown device with an ID and Type of 0x0000. I believe there is something wrong with an updated version of OZW that was packed in with Domoticz. While this isn't a regular occurrence, I have seen the included OZW version be an issue. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem (or one like it) and can offer suggestions. I've compiled OZW from scratch before along with domoticz, but it's a pain and I'd like to avoid it if possible. Thanks.

so I noticed on the OpenZwave github page, "Please note device configuration files for 1.6 and 1.4 are different. If your application is based on OpenZWave version 1.4, the older database is still available but unmaintained at: OpenZWave 1.4 branch, config folder"

The update I applied was a pretty big one (mid-2019 to current stable) and I'm wondering if OZW went from 1.4 to 1.6.
