Depends on what cheap is...
I like the Ikea Symfonisk bookshelf speaker and they are 100% Sonos with an Ikea price tag.

The Ikea speaker is ~100 €
The iEAST AudioCast (M5) ~35-40 €

Can I integrate the IKEA speaker to domoticz with sonos plugin?

I see the sonos app need registering. And the app send data to sonos... Correct?

Yes, the speaker works with the Sonos plugin. The app and plugin work locally and not with a cloud service. The app also works locally. Don’t know what will work when you block internet access to the speaker. I mainly play Spotify so I need internet access

Initially you need the app and register, after that you can probably block internet access. Although I haven’t tried it.

I think every WiFi speaker has an outgoing connection, they are all mainly used for different cloud services.

If you don’t want to register anything and no internet connections I think you should look at Bluetooth or wired speakers.
