Parsing RGB value to script

Hi,

I am searching for my answer but cannot find it anywhere. Please can somebody help me?

Situation: I am creating a small ESP board controlling a led-string. This works by using a web-page on the ESP.
Now I am willing to control the ESP from my home system based on Domoticz.
In Domoticz I created a Color Switch on a dummy hardware. No I can create a URL (/script). This works well BUT now my real problem: How do I place the RGB-value of the color-dimmer in this URL? The value as shown op the page is well for me (hex color) because I still have to parse it in the ESP.

Does somebody know a solution for me?
