blockly DS18B20

hi

the sensor DS18B20 sometimes lost connection. the output is then 0

I made a blockly that stops the 3.3 volt for 1 minute.

but the problem is when the 3.3 volt is back it takes a few seconds for the DS18B20 to get on.
but my blockly repeat itself to fast

please help
