Timer question

Post by ulfh2018 »

I am implementing a control system for controlling the floor heating in my brother's home. Most things are working as expected, except that the relays controlled by a dummy switch and GPIO will switch on when RPi is booting, and stay on if not Domoticz starts and takes over the control, but that's not a topic for this discussion:

I need to implement some kind of user adjustable timer, where he can turn down the temperatures for all rooms for a while - that is a number of days. This is not a must, since he could off course just tune down the temperatures, which are controlled by 6 SetPoints, but it would be nice to have the possibility to do it in a more elegant way.

Could this be done using eZvents, or could there be another way around? It must be controlled from the GUI, since my brother is not very bright when it comes to computers.

Best regards

Ulf
