Black screen after installation

Hello,

with a Raspberry Pi3, I have used Domoticz for a few years, then I started an update without worrying about updating Raspbian as a priority and Domoticz no longer worked.
After vainly trying to recover the situation with a 2018 backup, I decided to start from scratch: on a new SD I installed the most recent Raspbian and this morning I installed Domoticz. Everything went well, but when I tried to access Domoticz via a browser, the system presented a black screen.
I noticed that the address I set in http://192.168.1.104:8080/#/Dashboard has changed to http://192.168.1.104:8080/#!/Dashboard#%2FDashboard.
What can I do?

The issue is solved

yesterday I cleaned the browser cache with no effect, however, this morning I tried to access Domoticz again and finally i got the classic black background screen of Domoticz, but it was not empty: it contained few information and I could access the system.
I can't saythat it was a cache problem, however it is certain that I have not done any other action on the system.
