Neo coolcam doorswitches not working correctly

Hi All,

I have three Neo Coolcam door switches. Two of them are working correctly, but one of them is not working. When removing this one and making a factory reset. I add it using the node include. The devices is recognized and I get three sensors. I add them all to the dashboard (Doorswitch1a, Doorswitch1b and Doorswitch 1c). Then when I open and close the door. In the logfiles nothing is recorded. I also do not understand why I have three sensors from one doorswitch?

Any help would be appreciated!

I even got 5 devices for the doorswitch. The one with 00 at the end of the ID is the real switch.
I got an Alarm Type, Alarm Level, Access Control, Alarm Type: Access Control 6 and the real switch which has "Open" and "Closed"
Does that "00" device change state when you open and close the switch?

Thank you for your reply. I also have five devices (i counted wrong). I deleted all the others except the one with '00' at the end. The switch stays open (regardless if I open or close the door). There is no entry's found in the logfile. I have removed all entries, set the switch to factory default en included the devices. The device is recognised by domoticz (with 5 types), I deleted all the others (except '00'). But the switch does not send the close signal.

Maybe it is a faulty switch? Is there any test in the control panel from Domoticz for Zwave devices?

I think I found the problem. I moved the doorswitch to another door (different magnet). The switch opens now and then. I suspect reed contact in the switch is faulty. WHe I try to open and close 15 times, sometimes it counts just 12 times.

Why delete the other devices? Are they in the way? They do no harm!

Good suggestion, I removed them from the active switches, they are still available as devices not in use. But I do not know what to do with them except the one mentioned wiih x00 extension
