Domoticz locks up after reboot of system

I upgraded to 2020.1 and (almost) everything went fine. Zwave was working.
I had to reboot raspberry and now Domoticz locks up.
It starts but it hangs directly after the Zwave. GUI does not respond anymore.
If I disable the Aeon Gen5 stick via phpLiteAdmin the system boots normal and Domoticz works normal without the zwave devices.
I got extra Zwave device from the first boot.

And I have seen some messages about my thermostats which where new.

2020-03-27 12:23:36.323  Status: SendSwitchIfNotExists: Device '22.instance.1.index.256.commandClasses.113' (Previous Event Cleared) with DeviceID '00001600' matches '22.instance.1.index.0.commandClasses.48' (Sensor). Domoticz will use the Dimmer (and hide the Switch).

Anyone any idea how to get Zwave working again?

After deleting the file 'ozwcache_xxx.xml' Domoticz startsup again normally with Zwave enabled.
Not all device are back, but I guess I just have to trigger them manually.
