Error: OpenZWave: Driver Failed!!

Im running Domoticz on a Win 2019 Essentials Server, and since a couple of days I see the following error coming up:

2019-02-20 17:18:09.517 Error: OpenZWave: Driver Failed!!
2019-02-20 17:24:23.771 Error: ZWave: Node not found! (NodeID: 7, 0x07

Second error is probably due to the first. What triggers this error and how to fix it?

I think it originated when I tried installing both Python 3.7 and Home Assistant. The latter failing due to an error, and I subsequently removed it, as well as Python.
The error wasn't there before, and the system ran fine without it. Using an Aeotec Gen5 az wave plus USB stick and 2 eurotronic spirit thermostats.

I'm running the latest beta release of Domoticz atm, and the same error triggered with the stable version. I tried fixing it with installing the beta, but that didn't solve it.

Anyone with any idea how to fix this?

I just installed a new Pi3 using the online manual, and i get the same error.
