Zigate IKEA TRADFRI wireless dimmer (ICTC-G-1)

Hi. I have a problem with IKEA TRADFRI wireless dimmer (ICTC-G-1).
When I add it it detects as two device
zigbee - TRADFRI wireless dimmer_Switch
zigbee - TRADFRI wireless dimmer_LvlControl
and logs show this, when i rotate dimmer.

But i switched plugin to beta version

Now i removed Tradfri wireless dimmer from DeviceConf.txt and add json file to Conf/Certified.
And get new Errors ((

It looks like as a new device. Please try with the latest version of the plugin from this end of day.
You'll need to remove the device from Domotciz and redo the pairing

Is there any On / Off on that device , could you put a screenshot or a reference link ?

Thanks, but very hard to understand what happen. SO please next time, could kindly put the context, what have you done with the switch and put much more logs than just the errors !

I have push a fixed for that one, but still somethink will be missing

Ideally, this should be a non-adjustable level control (progress bar)
After connecting, as far as I understood correctly, he requests the state of the 0008 cluster from the server to set the current level, and then sends the level itself to the 0008 cluster

I don’t understand what you are doing. You need to use the device and the domoticz widget will be updated. Not vice versa.

let me re-explain you the situation.

The device you have is not integrated with the plugin and so we need to do some re-engineering to understand how this device behave.
For instance each of the Logs are telling that the plugin receive an event and doesn't know what to do with.

If you want to get a full integration, then you need to do some analysis on, when you press 1 button on the device, what is/are the logs produced on the plugin side. With that I'll be able to make the plugin updating the Widget created in Domoticz.

Finaly, I suspect more work to be done, as I feel that the behaviour can be adapted based on a configuration that you select from the Ikea app.

I final was able to purchase one wireless dimmer, and can tell you that it works now on the beta and will soon retrofit on the the stable branche.

Did further work on that device and I feel it is not really usable as it is doing some unpexpected events when paired with a Bulb.

Nevertheless the version I have purschase has a bad firmware and first I needed to update it, then after a night my battery was empty (most-likely due to the firmware update).

Then I redo the pairing, then I paired it to a Bulb and finaly I added Zigate to the group created.

From that, I had the Dimmer controling the Bulb and at the same time I the Switch Selector was updated with On/OFF/DIM+/DIM-
