disable Event System from external

Hi,

I´m searching for a solution to switch my home from "smart mode" to "dumb mode" and vice versa.
Is there a way to disable the complete event system from an external device or with a dummy switch?
The timerplan could be set to an empty one by api call but I couldn´t find anything comparable to disable the events automatically without going to settings and deactivate it there.
