Hi,
I have a bunch of Oregon Temperature and Temperature/Humidity sensors at home, models THN132 and TGHN132. These models were very good, as they work on a single AA battery (cheap, lasts several years at any temperature with a lithium one). Plus the THN132 works down to -30°C, which enables uses in a freezer. And they cost about 15€
Now I have one which stopped working, and I have a new second freezer which I'd like to monitor. And know what, Oregon discontinued those models, for the THGR-221, which works on two AAAs (the pair has similar amp-hour capacity to a single AA but costs 4x more...), and doesn't work below -20°C. So I will probably move away from Oregon.
Do you have recommended brands that would work on a single AA, and work down to -30°C?
Thanks!
Recommended temperature or temp/hum sensors?
