I have a magnetic reed switch hooked up to the GPIO ports on the raspberry pi and it's been working fine for a few days.... Then all of a sudden it seemed to be somehow "inverted" in Domoticz. What I mean is the reed switch normally shows in Domotics as "Closed" and then the logs tell me at about 8am this morning it changed to "Open"... And from then on it seems to always display the opposite in Domoticz.
Using SSH if I do a "GPIO Read" command it tells me what I expect to see...
Any ideas? I've done a reboot and checked all the wires...

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm just after I clicked submit on this topic I checked again and now it seems back to normal without absolutely anything changing????
Maybe it's to do with the fact that the reed switch is one of those concealed round ones and maybe the magnets have to be aligned in a particular way?

I also faced this type of problem on my project. I tried many things to resolve but did not get. Then i prefer top raspberry pi robot kits. I think, you also visit this.
Thanks,
