Alexa Integration - additional alarm and voice output

Is there any chance or other possibility to make Alexa a output device for Domoticz.

I am thinking about something like an additional alarm for my Z wave or Xiaomi Smoke Sensors or even make it possible to say something which is written into a file. (Similar to the ALEXA2 adapter for I/O Broker in blockly)

I'm using the "alexa_remote_control.sh" script to inform us about the alarm status :
> Activating the alarm
> Alarm activated
> Alarme disarmed

Thanks thats what I was looking for, however, I already got stuck with the MFA_Secret in the script, as its not explained what to fill in here. Your script works? Reading all the stuff on Github makes me belief that its not running reliable.

Edit: Works on my Linux Mint machine..I assume the problem is to get it on my raspi...done...ok, works somehow....lets see how I can bind it into a event
