Cant install Ikea Trådfri plugin

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Ikea trådfri plugin following this guide: https://github.com/moroen/IKEA-Tradfri- ... ADME-PI.md
I get stuck in step 5:

$ sudo -H pip3 install -r requirements.txt

I get this error:
ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt'

My setup: Pi 2, Raspbian Buster and Domoticz 4.10717
