Hi,
I had a problem around 22:10 - 22:15 yesterday evening Google reported that it couldn't contact controlicz but the switchs actually happened.

Could've been a WiFi connection problem from your Google device? I've heard my Nest speaker say that once too.

am investigating - seems ok, however will keep an eye on it, and look at prioritising some more general performance improvements.
It's possible it was a network issue with AWS (but can't see any status updates).
backend performance didn't spike

Even today the same thing I went home to open the blinds and the routine started with 30 seconds of delay, then I tried to turn on a light and told me that the device was not available and then after 20 seconds turned on the light! There is a problem already needed for a couple of days I noticed an inhuman slowness! I try with The Philips bridge and it works very fast, you can control and improve speed thanks

Hi!

my google home is getting more stupid everyday, i have 5 of them in my house and often they wont hear what im saying, most if the times they think im saying "turn all lights on" or "all lights off" which results in screaming wife and angry kids, i dont have a switch called "all on/off", is there a way to disable this function in Controlicz?

No - however, do you have lights in Google Home Rooms? That way you could say "Turn off the lights" and it will turn them off for the room the Google Home is in

If anyone else had an issue, apologies for the brief outage - I am working on some new functionality, which worked in my test environment, but impacted production. This was resolved in under 10 mins, but I appreciate the inconvenience.

It looks like all devices set as switch in controlicz under the Google/Alexa column are not dicovered anymore by at least Google, any idea why ? I got an unlink message this morning around 8:15 CET.

Same - woke up this morning to a bunch of Google Home notifications saying that all my Controlicz devices are unlinked. Went to Google Home App and Controlicz is unlinked.

If you re-link it will be fine. I think the Google homegraph had an issue which caused accounts to be deleted from their cache.

I don't agree.

In my Google app the account for Controlicz is unlinked and it will not link again.
Sometimes I get redirected to the controlicz-site, sometimes not.
It will say account is linked, but it is not.

No idea where the problem is, but it is not working anymore.
What to do to get it working again?

I re-linked mine okay but it is a bit of a pain because there were many devices.

Hi,

It's resolved now.
I seemed to have some strange authenticating issues, which are resolved now and all is working like before.
After these issues were resolved, the controlicz-account could be added to Google again, and after "sync devices" i got all my devices back in the app.

Thanks for the time and effort.

Grtz,
