Is for the razberry2 Zwave controller still disable Bluetooth needed on the new PI 4 with Raspbian Buster and latest beta of domoticz?

Pi 4b, razberry2, Raspbian Buster, Stable Domoticz - razberry2 works fine without disable, but not tried using bluetooth.
It did not work without rpi-update for me.
