Synology NAS with Python plug-in

Okay I want to test a new Plugin on my Synology NAS but I receive the following failure message in the LOG file:
Error: PluginList: Parsing '/usr/local/domoticz/var/plugins/slide-domoticz/', 'Error document empty.' at line 0 column 0 in XML ''.

I set the attributes of the plugin.py file for all users on executable but somehow the Python parsers seems not be able to read the file.

Any suggestions I could try to correct this?
